“Music and Emotion”, combines academic-style ideas with live music. It features four articles written by the project’s curator, Euan Pattie, addressing Music and Emotion from the perspectives of psychology, philosophy, and sociology.

Euan Pattie

Euan Pattie is an electronic music producer, live performer, PhD student, and drummer. In the studio, Euan’s music incorporates a variety of different aspects of house and techno, often utilising rich found sound layers and morphing synth hooks. His primary academic interests are in everyday interactions with music and dance music culture. All of Euan’s work is fuelled by a deep fascination for how music ‘works’.
